I will endeavour to reply to any queries I receive 7 days a week and where at all possible within 24 hours.

Availability
I mainly see my clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 9am and 6pm. I do have availability on other days and at other times, as well as weekends which we can discuss once you get in touch.

Online therapy
Generally, I provide ‘remote’ therapy using secure online video conferencing platforms such as Zoom. This means that wherever you are in the UK, you can access therapy with Jane Rowland CBT. No need to take travel time out of your day – just the 50 minutes for your session. Finding a quiet, confidential space that you feel comfortable in is all you need to do. You can call from a laptop or your mobile but please bear in mind that sometimes I may share and complete documents with you in session as part of our work together.
Research & effectiveness of online therapy
Multiple research studies (especially since the Covid pandemic and lockdowns) indicate that online CBT is a viable and effective alternative to face-to-face treatment with the same positive outcomes. Face-to-face therapy
Jane Rowland CBT offers face-to-face sessions in Dacrelands Clinic, a comfortable and well-established therapy clinic in Lancaster so please state that this is your preference when you make your enquiry.

Jane Rowland CBT welcomes enquiries and referrals for face-to-face sessions from a broad geographical area. but especially those from rural communities.
Outdoor therapy
This 'walk and talk' therapy is available in a beautiful rural location in north Lancashire, easily accessible for those living in south Cumbria or north Lancashire.
