Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
As a fully-qualified, BABCP-accredited CBT therapist, I use the evidence-based principles of CBT alongside additional training, learning and knowledge to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in real-time. This is achieved by learning how to use CBT techniques and strategies in your day-to-day life. These tools for life will help you achieve better mental health and wellbeing once more, and I will guide you in how to use them effectively so you can maintain mental wellbeing going forward into your future. Sessions are online for UK-wide clients, with face-to-face therapy sessions available in a Lancaster-based therapy clinic or 'walk-and-talk' sessions outdoors in a beautiful north Lancashire location – read more about online and face to face therapy.
